Fire Rated Doors
Interior 1/2 hour fire check doors (FD30) are often specified in new builds, third floors and above, shared occupancy buildings and between a house and a garage. To comply with fire regulations they require fitting in an appropriate casing with smoke seals, and fire door hinges and hardware.
